1. What is Unobstructed View?
Unobstructed View is your ultimate online destination for new classic and hard-to-find films on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD in the world of curated home entertainment. We specialize in providing unique and hard-to-find items for enthusiasts and collectors. Our mission statement is to help you build your collection with great prices and great service!

2. How can I contact customer service?
You can reach our customer service team by emailing uvservice@unobstructedview.com or by calling 877-341-7577. We are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.

3. What are the conditions for placing orders on this website?
By placing your order you are authorizing Unobstructed View Inc. to charge your credit card for the full amount of your purchase including the shipping cost. You are also verifying that you are at least 18 years of age and allowed, by law, to accept the product ordered in the area you reside.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

5. When do you charge my credit card for my purchase?  
Your credit card will charged at the time of checkout.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact uvservice@unobstructedview.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

7. Can I have multiple accounts or guest accounts? 
Only one account per person is allowed. No guest accounts are permitted.

8. Can I assign multiple shipping addresses to my account? 
Customer account can only have one shipping address assigned to it and it must be the same one your financial institution has on file.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
For international orders please visit unobstructedview.com.

10. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. USPS standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Pre-orders will be fulfilled on or after the release date.

11. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

12. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.

13. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you received damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days at uvservice@unobstructedview.com with details of the issue, photos of the damage and your order number.

14. My slipcover has minor damage, can I get a replacement? 
During the printing and packing process of slip covers minor imperfections may occur. This could include dinged corners, imperfect edges and small scuff marks. Unfortunately these types of imperfections are not uncommon and therefore cannot be replaced.

15. Can I pre-order items?
Absolutely! We offer pre-orders on select new releases and rare items. Pre-ordering ensures that your order will ship for release date.
